Establishing a pattern of healthy living...

I am in no way a healthy person right now, but I have made key changes in my life so that hopefully I can be.  

 

It all started with a video I watched on Youtube that changed my life.  Since then I changed my diet completely, eating mainly fruits and vegetables; cutting out all things acidic (tomatoes, peppers, etc.).  That also means, no grains, no sugars, no starches (no potatoes, corn, etc.) no processed foods and especially no dairy.

 

So far I've been on this new "diet" for about 6 months and my health has improved immensely.  Other things that have helped improve my health is reducing stress, exercising and my relationship with God.
